Terms of Use
Terms for using VPMKS and its websites.
Purpose
VPMKS LLC provides VPMKS as a client for importing and using your VPN/proxy subscriptions and configurations. These terms cover the app, vpmks.online and docs.vpmks.online. Questions can be sent to support@vpmks.com.
Use the app in accordance with these terms and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence where they provide otherwise.
Subscriptions and independent providers
The app does not automatically include server access, internet traffic or a paid subscription. You choose a provider and obtain a valid configuration from it. Payments, limits, server availability, refunds and provider rules are governed by your agreement with that provider.
Announcements, server names, links, expiry dates and usage figures displayed in the app come from the subscription. Their source is responsible for their content and accuracy. Do not import configurations or open links from sources you do not trust.
Acceptable use
Use only subscriptions, servers and devices you are authorized to access. Do not use the app to infringe others’ rights, gain unauthorized access, perform malicious activities or breach applicable restrictions.
Keep subscription links and credentials private. A TV pairing QR code enables a subscription transfer to the selected device and must not be published. You are responsible for your choice of provider, imported configuration and any local-network access you enable.
Connectivity and limitations
Availability and speed depend on your device, operating system, network, configuration and selected server. VPN may disconnect when networks change, resources are restricted or errors occur. Connected indicates local tunnel status and does not guarantee access to every website.
VPMKS does not promise uninterrupted service, a fixed speed, complete anonymity or compatibility with every configuration. Do not rely on a preview build as your only way to access critical services. These limitations do not remove mandatory warranties or rights under applicable law.
Beta testing
Preview builds may contain errors, change or become unavailable. Apple determines the validity and availability of TestFlight builds. Updates are delivered through the selected official channel; a website announcement alone does not imply Apple approval or an available public group.
When sending feedback, describe the app version, device, circumstances and reproduction steps. Do not include live subscriptions, credentials or other people’s information. Diagnostic-data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
Software and materials
VPMKS includes open-source components. Their respective licenses remain applicable; these terms do not restrict rights expressly granted by those licenses. Names, design and website materials belong to their respective rights holders.
You may use the app for its intended purpose. Do not present modified or third-party builds as official or falsely suggest an affiliation with VPMKS LLC.
Responsibility and changes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPMKS LLC is not responsible for failures of independent providers, network operators, third-party websites or consequences of your chosen configuration. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update the app and these terms as features develop. The current version and date appear on this page. Changes requiring separate consent or notice take effect in accordance with applicable law. These terms do not impose an exclusive jurisdiction.
